Christmas Extended Returns Period - We've extended our returns window for unwanted items purchased from us between 1 November and 24 December 2021. Any purchase between these dates can be returned up until 28th January 2022. We wish all our customers a happy and healthy festive season.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
1. Cooling off period
You have the right to return the product (in it's original state with all tags attached) within 14 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund. If you paid extra for express delivery, you will only be refunded the standard delivery charge (£3.00). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless faulty.
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us via email Hello@SBoutique.co.uk or by phone 0114 3216114 as soon as possible quoting your order number. Providing the order has not already been despatched we will make any changes requested. However, if the order has already been processed this will not be possible, in this instance please follow the normal returns procedure.
3 Unwanted Products - Refund or Exchange
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packaging and all tags attached within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please pop the original despatch note in and advise us what you wish to do and the reason for return.
4 Sale Items
Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair or compensation where the goods are faulty.
5 Faulty/Not as Described Items
Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped, however occasionaly manufacturing defects may exist or items may be damaged in transit. If on receipt the merchandise is defective or damaged please contact us immediately on 0114 3216114 or email us at Hello@SBoutique.co.uk. Should an item need to be returned as it is faulty or defective then we will reimburse your return postage costs.
6 How to Return an Item
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any postage costs incurred by the customer when returning items to us.
